This concert series presents the works by some of Japan’s best contemporary composers who compose using traditional Japanese instruments. It is a great opportunity to experience the richness of Japanese instruments, including the Japanese voice.
I will be performing in a piece, “Orashô Kô” for voice, shakuhachi and shamisen, composed by TAKAHASHI Kumiko.
